Tell us what you’re trying to do.
A specific first message gets a useful first answer — what has to be taught, who has to learn it, and by when. Fifteen minutes on a real example is usually enough to tell you whether we are the right fit.
Already have an Ahura account and something is wrong? Email support@ahuraai.com instead — it is read by the people who can look at an account, which the form below is not. To delete an account, write to hello@ahuraai.com, the address on our account-deletion page.
Other routes
Some things are faster than a form.
Something is wrong with an account
A sign-in that will not work, or a credential that has not appeared. Write from the address on the account if you can. Deletion requests go to hello@ahuraai.com instead.
support@ahuraai.com → VerifyChecking a credential someone showed you
Verification is public and needs no account and no message to us. The page shows what was assessed and confirms the signature against our published keys.
Open the verifier → Anything elseYou would rather just send an email
hello@ahuraai.com is the general address. The form above also records the message on our side, so it does not depend on mail getting through.
hello@ahuraai.com →Plainly
What happens to your message.
It is recorded, not just emailed.
- It is stored and emailed to us, with the reply-to set to the address you enter — so answering you is one click on our side.
- Sending twice is safe. The same address updates the message you already sent rather than creating a second enquiry.
- The page tells you either way. If the send fails you will see it say so, and hello@ahuraai.com is the fallback.
- We use it only to reply. It is not a newsletter signup and the details are not resold.
